Situated near to the beautiful town of Moraira, this lovely three-bedroom villa (all rooms have twin beds.) has a large private swimming pool and terrace with beautiful mountain and sea views, BBQ area and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas/electric hob, electric oven with timer and separate tap with filtered water for drinking.

The private plot is secure with lockable gates and the pool, sun terraces and BBQ areas are not overlooked. There is an East facing terrace and West facing conservatory. The pool is 8m x 4m and 1.2m-2m deep with corner steps.

Although all rooms have ceiling fans, air con, heating and pool heating is available at extra cost. The villa boasts satellite and local TV, CD, video, DVD player, radio and plenty of sun loungers and outdoor dining chairs & table, making it the ideal holiday retreat.

Three bedrooms all with air con, (one ensuite) and a family bathroom. A washing machine is located in our underbuild.

The lounge has a wood burning fire making the villa lovely and cosy in the winter time.

It is a five minute drive from the unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of Moraira and only an hour’s drive from Alicante airport.

For those who do not want to stray far there are 3 bars, and 2 restaurants, shops and a supermarket all just five minutes walk from the front door along with a patisserie that serves the most delicious cakes and an English bar that makes a full English breakfast to satisfy the largest of appetites. One of the restaurants bars has a pool table and darts board. You could happily stay in the local area without wanting to stray far.

For those who are more adventurous there is lots to do. For the young and not-so-young there is a fantastic Go-Karting circuit that's great fun and is only a 5 minute drive from the villa along with crazy golf and tennis courts. Several large resorts nearby include Calpe, Javea and Denia – from which you can take a boat to the islands of Ibiza and Mallorca. Benidorm is only 30 minutes away where you can visit Terra Mitica Adventure Park, Mundomar Animal Kingdom and Aqualandia Water Park.

Moraira itself has a picturesque marina along with many bars, restaurants and a fine selection of interesting shops and a selection of beaches. There is a large market on Fridays and various street stalls everyday during high season and for those more sporting a selection of very fine golf courses are within easy reach.
Fiesta in Moraira is approx July 15th, with firework street entertainment.
