	*Pool heating must be requested at least two weeks before your stay.   We set pool heating at 28°C, however with severe weather   conditions this could be slight lower.
	25% deposit on booking. The balance is due eight weeks before your stay along with a £200 damage retainer cheque. After this has been recieved we will send you the keys and information pack two weeks before departure. Your damage retainer cheque is not cashed and is returned to you on receipt of the keys after your stay, once it has been confirmed that everything is in order.
	Linen price includes, weekly bed linen and weekly hand, bath towels and bath mats.
	Great deals on long-term winter lets (special rates over 2 weeks up to a maximum of 6 weeks) are also available on request.
